Our passionate and dedicated team brings together a diverse range of skills and expertise to deliver exceptional results.
Having started his career as an apprentice joiner working within the heritage restoration sector Jack progressed his career through all levels of management prior to setting up Construction Dynamics.
A clear vision was put in place prior to starting Construction Dynamics, not to be the biggest, but to deliver quality projects covering a group of sectors that Jack knew we can excel in delivering. Jack’s drive for quality, delivery and efficiency shines through within the organisation.
Outside of work Jack is an avid golfer, loves Formula 1, Exploring as much of the world as he can fit in, and enjoying quality time with his family.
Lee Benson
Director of Interior and Education
Lee spent the first 21 years of his career working his way through the ranks of an international office fit out company leaving in 2022 to join the Construction Dynamics team.
Since joining the Construction Dynamics team Lee has driven the Interior and Education division to new heights. He has forged solid long-term relationships with clients/stakeholders and suppliers alike, all joining him on delivering some amazing projects within the tight time critical delivery timescales imposed. His drive and meticulous attention to delivery is catching throughout the team.
Outside of work Lee can be found walking his dog (Red), taking part on as many televised quiz shows as he can, and spending time with his family.
Stephen Smith
Director of Development and Residential
Having started his career as a joiner for a development company, Stephen worked his way through the ranks to the senior management team over a 20 year career working for the same company.
Stephen started working for Construction Dynamics in 2021 and has been pivotal in driving the Development and Residential arms of the business. His industry knowledge is immense from one off bespoke builds or extensive extensions and renovations to full new build developments of up to 50 plots. His can-do attitude energises the team to deliver the high standards we pride ourselves in achieving.
Outside of work Stephen can be found either spending time with his family, in the gym or in the kitchen as he loves to create culinary masterpieces from around the world.
